I wanted a studio that felt like a love letter and a manifesto at once.

Black & Bloom began on a kitchen table, with too many garden roses and a refusal to make anything that looked like everyone else's. I wanted work that felt couture and still human — flowers for the woman with a point of view, a full calendar, and no interest in shrinking.

I design as if the bouquet will sit in a room that already has good art. Dark stems. Blush that isn't shy. Scale that takes up space on purpose. Every arrangement is composed by hand in the Brooklyn atelier, usually with a strong coffee and a stronger opinion.
